Legal notice
Who publishes these pages
Welsh Table is run by a private individual, outside any trade or profession. The site sells nothing, carries no advertising, accepts no sponsorship and earns no income of any kind.
The publisher lives in France, so French law governs the publication. Under Article 6-III-2 of the French law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), someone who publishes a website in a non-professional capacity may keep their name and address off the site, provided those details have been given to the hosting provider. That is the arrangement used here: the identifying details are held by the host named below, which can pass them to a court or another competent authority on request.
Hosting provider
Deno Deploy, a service operated by Deno Land Inc., 1111 6th Ave Ste 550, PMB 702973, San Diego, CA 92101, United States. The company does not publish a telephone number; its written contact address is support@deno.com, and abuse reports go to abuse@deno.com.
Personal data and cookies
Reading Welsh Table does not require you to give anything. No form collects data, no account can be opened, and there is no comment area. The pages set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising code, and load nothing from other servers: fonts, styles and photographs are all delivered from this domain.
The small script on recipe pages does two things only: it opens your browser’s print window when you press the print button, and it lets the ingredient checkboxes work as you cook. Your ticks are kept in the open tab and nowhere else.
As with any web server, the hosting provider may keep short technical logs of requests, such as IP addresses and times, for security and the running of its service. Those logs fall under the provider’s own privacy policy.
Recipes, safety and allergies
The recipes have been written to be followed in an ordinary home kitchen, with cooking times and temperatures chosen for safe results. Ovens, hobs and ingredients vary, so times can differ a little from one kitchen to the next: use the visual signs and, for meat, the core temperatures given on each page. Check every ingredient label yourself if you cook for someone with a food allergy or intolerance.
Copyright
The texts, recipes as written and photographs on this site are original to Welsh Table, and the photographs were created for it. You are welcome to print a recipe for your own kitchen. Copying pages or images for publication elsewhere requires prior permission.

Pages on this site may occasionally link to other websites. Welsh Table has no control over their content and does not answer for it.
